By using this website and/or make a purchase of our tianeptine products you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service, TOS)

Fantiastic "website" is a service provided by NooSupps.

1. Website. As a user of the website, you are granted access and use the website and content within the outline of this TOS. We may terminate access at any time for any reason.

2. Limitations. The content provided on this website is for personal use only and not for commercial use.

3. Medical Advice. Content contained on this website is not intended to and doesn't constitute medical advice, nor should it be relied on to medically prescribe or diagnose any illness or disease. Content within the website is presented for educational

 and informational purposes only. No information anywhere on this website or product labels should be interpreted to contradict the FDA guidelines.

DISCLAIMER: No statements anywhere on this website have  been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The products contained in this website are for research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption.

FanTIAstic.com reserves the right to limit and/or deny sales of products to any unqualified individuals if we have reason to believe that misuse will occur.

4. Unlawful Activity. Fantiastic reserves the right to investigate reported violations of the Terms of Service and to take any and all action we deem appropriate, including, but not limited to, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to the authorities, regulators or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.

6. Returns. Any returns will be at the discretion of FanTIAstic.com.

7. Replacement. Replacement of items lost in delivery or undelivered will be at the discretion of FanTIAstic.com however we typically replace lost packages after a trace has been completed. We will under no circumstances replace any lost orders if you did not add shipping insurance at checkout. DO NOT CONTACT US BECAUSE YOUR PACKAGE IS ONLY A FEW DAYS LATE. We ask you wait 7 days before brining it to our attention  Fron there a trace  NEEDS to be completed and your package considered lost by both USPS and UPS. This must be completed before we replace lost orders and will be handled on a case by case method. If there is clear evidence of damage or tampering you must document by taking as many pictures as possible. We must be made aware of damage immediately  after you have received your package. This does not guarantee  we will replace your order but your chances of us replacing it are better. If you are concerned with tampering or damage to packages we ask that you request a signature on your package so you can make note of any damage or evidence of tampering with your delivery driver. Otherwise your chances of replacement greatly decrease.

8. Shipping Services. We use the shipping services UPS and USPS. We can not control what happens to packages once UPS and USPS take the packages and are NOT resposible for late or lost shipments. If you want your package to be truly next day service please use UPS. We do not attempt to get refunds on USPS  or UPS packages until further notice. We have been consistently denied refunds no matter why packages are delayed and for some reason UPS customer services tell customers to contact us to get a refund knowing they wont approve them. They are both extremely difficult to deal with and it is too time consuming to keep trying to get refunds at this point. None orf the shipping services are guaranteeing their delivery dates at this time. They state this is due to COVID. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday's or Sunday's. It is your responsibility to know this. We no longer offer Saturday Delivery with UPS. USPS does deliver on Saturday and you can check with us to see if you package will be delivered overnight after your order is placed. We strive to get all orders out same day but there are incidents that causes us to be unable to from time to time which is rare but does happen. Please be sure to ask us first before ordering whether or not your order will go out the same day if that is what you need.  Our cut off and days we ship are subject to change with out notice.

9.  Credit and Debit Payments. We no longer process credit cards or debit cards directly. However you can use either through Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or GPay.

10. Payment Verifications. FanTIAstic.com reserves the right  manually verify payment details on any purchase past or present. The details requested may include, but not necessarily be limited to, Driver's License or State Identification, billing address and/or credit card. FanTIAstic.com reserves the right to place an order on hold until payment clears.

11. Refunds. Fantiastic will process refunds in a 24 to 48 hour period as long as your order has not shipped. Please refer to your particular payment method to see exactly when funds will be placed on you credit or debit card. There will be a 10% stocking fee if your order was filled and label  - NO EXCEPTIONS.

12. FanTIAstic Products.  The products sold on this website are NOT appoved by the FDA for human consumption. Fantiastic will not be held liable for the misuse of any products listed on this site. They are  for research purposes only. If you contact us requesting information on human dosing we will refuse sale. This is not negotiable period.

13. Changes to Terms of Service. Fantiastic reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions of the Terms of Service will appear on this page will be noted at the top which are effective immediately. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Service. Continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your consent to any changes.
