We process and ship same day using the shipping method you select during checkout of your tianeptine order. Our cut off time is 3 PM ET Monday - Thursday and 2pm ET on Fridays for both USPS and UPS for same day shipping during the week.  We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
